By using our website and booking our services, you acknowledge that all entertainment takes place 100% OFFLINE at our Surfers Paradise venue. No digital or remote participation is possible.

By accessing the TheOrangeTime website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations in Queensland, Australia.
2. Age Restrictions
Our entertainment experiences are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. Valid government-issued photo identification (Passport or Driver's License) is required for entry to our physical venue. No refunds will be provided for failure to present valid ID.
3. Entertainment Only Policy
TheOrangeTime provides themed entertainment and educational experiences. All games use fun tokens with no monetary value. We do not offer real-money gambling, and tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.
4. Booking & Cancellation
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Payment is collected in-person at our physical location.
- Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in forfeiture of the session.
5. Limitation of Liability
TheOrangeTime is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at our physical venue, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided by hosts.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Gold Coast.
